Director of Instructional Technology Services leading a team to support faculty teaching online and hybrid business courses, multimedia creation, and general support for instructional technologies.

Penn State University, The Abington College (2003-2007)
As Instructional Design Specialist, I led a team to support and improve the use of technology on campus. Scope included course management systems, blended learning initiatives, instructional technologies, office productivity software, vertical applications, and general computing.

AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, LP (2002-2003)
Technology Processes and Services Specialist supporting company-wide software upgrades and deployments. This role required a superior knowledge of computer systems integration, strong written and oral communication skills, and an ability to work under aggressive timelines.

Rosemont College (2001-2002)
Director of Instructional Technology tasked with developing and implementing a technology training and support program for staff and faculty of both face-to-face and online courses.

Valley Forge Christian College (1993-2001)
Served as the Director of Academic Computing for four years and as the Director of Campus Technology for three years. Responsible for supporting and training faculty in the use of instructional technology. Spearheaded a grant-funded initiative to establish dedicated Internet service. Also served as Assistant Professor in Computer Science/Computer Literacy.
