Penn State University, The Abington College (2003-2007)
As Instructional Design Specialist, I led a team to support and improve the use of technology on campus. Scope included course management systems, blended learning initiatives, instructional technologies, office productivity software, vertical applications, and general computing.

AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, LP (2002-2003)
Technology Processes and Services Specialist supporting company-wide software upgrades and deployments. This role required a superior knowledge of computer systems integration, strong written and oral communication skills, and an ability to work under aggressive timelines.
